Information and advice is provided to everyone who calls our Telephone Advice Service about problems with:

  • Centrelink
  • Employment Service Providers

The provision of advocacy, legal advice and/or legal representation is dependent upon:

  • your level of disadvantage
  • our casework guidelines
  • the merits of your case.
